This is a simple recipe for making a beautiful sweet and sour sauce for chicken, fish and pork

  • 1 Mixing Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • ½ Cup Ketchup
  • Cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ Cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1 tbsp Corned Starch

Instructions
 

  • To properly to make sweet and sour sauce Add Ingredients into a medium sized bowl. 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, one tablespoon soya sauce, one tablespoon on it, 1 cup pineapple juice. Whisk it together. Add one tablespoon cornstarch and whisk. Add the sauce to the sauce pan, now add fresh tyme, turn down the stove and low and allow the sauce to cook for five minutes.
