Instructions
Thin slice flank steak against the grain
Marinate strips in a bowl of soy sauce
Cut onion in quarters then separate it and place it into large bowl. Slice carrots and add snow peas and baby corn to the bowl.
Boil 4½ cups of water then add 1 tbps of olive oil 1 tsp of salt and 2 cup of rice. Reduce the heat to medium to low. Cover stir often.
Add 2 cups of beef broth to wok, bring to boil. Add meat. Cook until done.
Remove meat from wok while leaving broth.
Add ginger, garlic, soy sauce marinade and cracked pepper to the wok cook for 2 mins
Add flour and corn starch to a bowl with a half cup of cold water. Mix well.
Remove liquid from wok into a clean bowl.
Season wok with olive oil and garlic. Add meat to hot wok stir fry for 1 to 2 mins
Add all vegetables to the wok with meat and stir for 1 min.
Add soy liquid to the wok and stir. Then add flour starch and water mix. Then oyster sauce
Plate a hefty portion of cooked rice then lathe the Beef Stir Fry on top. Add chopped scallion for garnish.
Serve

You can substitute snow peas for broccoli or bell pepper
