Jambalaya

rice cooked usually with ham, sausage, chicken, shrimp, or oysters and seasoned with herbs or all.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb Raw Shrimp with shells
  • 1 Cup Celery chopped
  • 1 Cup Green Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1 Cup Onion chopped
  • 1 lb Andouille Sausage Diced
  • 1 ts Oregano Dried
  • 1 ts Basil Dried
  • 1 ts thyme Dried
  • 1 ts Garlic 
  • 1 ts Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 tbsn Creole Seasoning
  • 2 lg Bay leafs
  • 2 cups Rice (Rinsed) Rinsed
  • 3 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 3 tbsp tomato Paste
  • 1 tbsp minced Garlic
  • 14 oz Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Whole Chicken Cooked deboned shredded
