- 1 ts Basil Dried
- 1 ts thyme Dried
- 1 ts Garlic
- 1 ts Smoked Paprika
- 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1 tbsn Creole Seasoning
- 2 lg Bay leafs
- 2 cups Rice (Rinsed) Rinsed
- 3 Cups Chicken Broth
- 3 tbsp tomato Paste
- 1 tbsp minced Garlic
- 14 oz Diced Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Whole Chicken Cooked deboned shredded
